Webinar 1: Eligibility Requirements for Special Immigrant Juvenile Classification

August 4 | 2-3:30 p.m. ET | CA MCLE 1.5

In week one, we will focus on the eligibility requirements for Special Immigrant Juvenile classification, including issues relating to obtaining the state court predicate order, completing Form I-360, and the different considerations involved when working with children in removal proceedings versus those who are not. The presenters will discuss next steps after the I-360 is approved, including the impact of the visa bulletin and obtaining deferred action and employment authorization.

Webinar 2: Adjustment of Status for Special Immigrant Juveniles
