Join the Affiliate Network
Affiliate agencies are nonprofit organizations that provide authorized immigration legal representation from attorneys and/or Department of Justice (DOJ)accredited representatives at the partial or full level.
How We Can Help
We offer services on a yearly basis to our Affiliate network of nonprofit legal services providers. CLINIC Affiliates benefit from access to an array of services including extensive training and technical support on immigration program management and immigration law practice. Authorized Programs
If your program currently offers immigration legal services with an immigration attorney and/or Department of Justice recognition and at least one accredited staff member, your program is authorized. For information on how to join as an Affiliate, click here.
Unauthorized Programs
If your program does not currently offer immigration legal services and does not currently employ an immigration attorney or have Department of Justice Recognition with at least one accredited staff member, your program is not authorized.
