Garcia-Lascurain is a Senior Attorney with CLINIC. She provides training and legal support to member agencies and other organizations nationwide. Prior to joining CLINIC, Garcia-Lascurain practiced immigration law for almost eight years at CLINIC affiliate organizations. She worked as a staff attorney at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington, where she provided direct representation in naturalization, family-based applications, adjustment of status, asylum, and more. Garcia-Lascurain also worked as an immigration attorney at Catholic Charities of Baltimore, focusing primarily on work involving unaccompanied immigrant children. Prior to her work at Catholic Charities organizations, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.

Garcia-Lascurain is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a member of the Maryland bar.
