All About EADs

Having an Employment Authorization Document, or EAD, is critical to our clients but it is not always easy to figure out who qualifies for one, how and when to apply, and when a fee is required. This webinar will cover several categories of noncitizens eligible to apply for EADs, including asylum applicants, adjustment of status applicants, asylees, refugees, parolees, TPS holders, VAWA self-petitioners, U and T nonimmigrants, deferred action grantees, and others. We will also cover when work authorization is automatically extended, when and how to renew an EAD, and when a fee waiver is available.

NOTE: This webinar takes place in Eastern Standard Time.

This webinar will not be recorded, so be sure to join us live.
