This webinar provides information and insight about how to identify and work through vicarious trauma and prevent burnout in the practice of immigration law. Strategies and solutions for being healthy, as individuals and as a collective organization, will be discussed and practiced.  

This webinar will cover:  

  • What leads to burn out?
  • What is vicarious trauma?
  • How can we recognize burnout or vicarious trauma?
  • Strategies to deal with vicarious trauma and burnout individually and collectively.
