March 13, 2023 | 2-3:30 p.m. ET | CA MCLE: 1.5
Over the last few years, record numbers of Cubans have arrived in the United States due to political and economic factors. Most recently, the Biden administration has implemented a special parole program for Cubans to encourage orderly processing of these migrants. This webinar will cover this new parole program, as well as several other options available to Cubans, including adjustment under the Cuban Adjustment Act, asylum, and the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program. We will discuss the eligibility requirements and application process for these programs. Finally, we will cover federal public benefit programs available to certain Cubans.
