Case Management Skills & Database Functions

Course Description

This virtual workshop combines case management skills training by the Capacity Building Section of CLINIC and Lawlogix/EDGE software presentation by Kathleen Judd, Director of Customer Relations at LawLogix by Hyland. This virtual workshop utilizes combination of both live and recorded sessions as well as online forum discussions and independent readings to provide an interactive experience for immigration legal services programs to develop and improve their case management policies, procedures and forms. Participants will have an opportunity to share and brainstorm with other practitioners on how to improve their case management skills and learn how to utilize Lawlogix/EDGE software for intake, consultation and other case management activities.
