In this session, learn the basics on the persecutor bar to asylum, the terrorism-related inadmissibility grounds, and the inadmissibility ground based on extrajudicial killings. We will also provide practical tips for representing Afghan clients effectively before USCIS, including how to answer questions on the I-485, preparing a client to give a sworn statement to an immigration officer, and how to effectively argue that these bars do not apply to your client.
