This pre-conference exercise class will focus on balancing mental and physical wellbeing and does not require any special background. Even folks who have never been to a yoga class can attend and enjoy it. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Yoga is for everyone. The goal of this workshop is to introduce some technics that will help people stretch and relax. We will do some simple exercises that you will be able to use in the future on your own.
