This panel will review the changes in immigration law and policy over the past year, illuminating the administration’s expansions and reductions of noncitizens’ access to lawful status and forms of relief. Topics will include asylum, the administration’s regulatory agenda, TPS, and more. Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of key policies and the knowledge to help push back against counterproductive policy changes in the future.
