Advance parole allows some noncitizens to travel abroad temporarily and return to the United States. This article reviews the eligibility criteria for obtaining advance parole, the application process, and the risks and benefits involved in advance parole travel.

Advocating for fair and just immigration policies that acknowledge the inherent dignity and value of all people.
