Last Updated

March 25, 2024
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in Feb.2022, more than 170,000 Ukrainians fleeing war have received protection through Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and the Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) parole process. This FAQ addresses commonly asked questions about eligibility for TPS and U4U, the respective application and renewal processes, and basic strategies for assisting Ukrainian clients.
