The Defending Vulnerable Populations Program is pleased to offer partially and fully accredited representatives a legal writing e-learning course based on a Non-Lawful Permanent Resident Cancellation of Removal case file. During this e-learning course, approximately 20 selected participants will attend six live webinars, submit a case assessment and five legal writing assignments, and receive feedback from faculty on the written assignments.
