TPS Beneficiaries and Authorized Travel Following the Rescission of Matter of Z-R-Z-C-

Aug. 12, 2022 | 2-3 p.m. ET | CA MCLE: 1

On July 1, 2022, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, issued a Policy Memorandum rescinding its designation of Matter of Z-R-Z-C- as an Adopted Decision.  What does this mean for Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, beneficiaries who are seeking authorization to travel abroad or who have traveled abroad in the past with advance parole? Join us for a discussion of the new USCIS policy and practical considerations for TPS clients and their eligibility to adjust to lawful permanent resident status under INA § 245(a).

A recorded version of this webinar will be posted on CLINIC's website here.
