Removal defense practitioners are experiencing a historic demand for services, which is expected to burgeon in the coming months. Since the new administration has brought significant, rapid changes to laws and policies impacting removal defense practice, now is a good time for removal defense practitioners to pause and reexamine their ethical duties.
