This recorded webinar provides an overview of the legal requirements to establish eligibility for asylum and practical tips for how to present a compelling claim for asylum to the immigration court. Presenters discuss filing the I-589 form and supporting evidence with the court, preparing for the asylum hearing, and what to expect during the merits hearing.
