Representing Noncitizens with Mental Illness in Removal Proceedings

Noncitizens suffering from mental illness face particular challenges when the government initiates removal proceedings against them. This webinar will provide an overview of the legal protections afforded to these noncitizens and will review best practices for working with noncitizens struggling with mental illness.
