Analyzing Family-Based Asylum Claims After Matter of L-E-A- and Matter of E-R-A-L-
In this webinar, counsel for Mr. L-E-A- and Mr. E-R-A-L- will discuss changes to particular social group analysis following Matter of L-E-A- and Matter of E-R-A-L-. The webinar will discuss how courts have analyzed family-based claims after L-E-A- and provide practical tips on how to frame family-based PSGs. The speakers will also discuss Matter of E-R-A-L-, both as it affects claims based on land ownership and on land-owning families.
