July 23 - 24, 2024 | CA MCLE: 10.5 hours

Event Description

This two-day, in-person event will offer sessions on select issues in family-based immigration, including documenting a petition, immigrating through marriage, relief for widows and other surviving relatives, adjustment of status, waivers of inadmissibility, VAWA self-petitioning, and dealing with USCIS delays. Day one of the training will feature a virtual presentation and question and answer session with USCIS representatives.
