About This Recording
On September 22,2018, the Department of Homeland Security posted on its website the text of its much-anticipated proposed rule re-defining public charge. In this webinar, CLINIC presenters reviewed the proposed changes, what they mean for immigrant families and steps you can take to oppose the rule once it is published in the Federal Register.
