In the the second of a two-part webinar, continue learning about the new DOJ-EOIR rule amending the regulations governing the requirements and procedures for authorizing representatives of non-profit religious, charitable, social service, or similar organizations to represent persons in proceedings before EOIR and DHS, known as BIA Recognition and Accreditation (BIA R&A).
