New R&A Forms
The Department of Justice (DOJ) released new versions of Recognition Form EOIR-31 and Accreditation Form EOIR-31A, revised October 2022. As of Nov. 3, 2023, organizations are required to use the new forms. Updated versions of the forms can be found here. CLINIC is in the process of updating our resources, including those in this toolkit, to reflect this change.
