Please welcome our new RIS Staff Attorney, Brittany Chadwick-Schultz. She provides direct legal immigration services to dioceses and religious institutions sponsoring foreign-born religious workers. Prior to her role at CLINIC, Chadwick-Schultz specialized in humanitarian and family-based immigration law, serving low-income, refugee, and asylee families in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Chadwick-Schultz completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. She attended law school at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she was an Advocacy Fellow and a member of the Pro Bono Board. She is a member of the Indiana Bar.

We are very happy to have Brittany on board as our newest RIS attorney and we know that she will be an asset to our clients and our team.
