On Jan. 21, 2025, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published Federal Register Notices (FRNs) formally announcing the extension of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations for El Salvador, Sudan, Ukraine, and Venezuela. The notices extend the TPS designation of all four countries for a further 18 months.
