On July 16, 2021, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in State of Texas, et al., v. The United State of America, et al. ruled that DACA is unlawful and vacated the June 15, 2012, memorandum that created DACA. The court’s Memorandum and Order is found below.
