Parole in Place Program for Spouses and Children of U.S. Citizens: Beware of Notario Fraud and Anyone Engaging in the Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law!

According to the White House, eligible noncitizen spouses and children of U.S. citizens will be able to apply for parole in place soon, but the program has not yet begun. This advisory includes information to share with community members so they watch out for and report unscrupulous individuals engaging in notario fraud and Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law (UPIL).
