CLINIC Joins KIND and more than 75 Organizations in Urging DHS and CDC to Cease the Expulsion of Unaccompanied Children

In an effort led by KIND, CLINIC joined 78 organizations in calling on the Department of Homeland Security and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to cease the expulsion of unaccompanied children from the southern border and to exempt these children, along with asylum seekers, from the southern border entry restrictions. The letter further details how the expulsion of unaccompanied children is inconsistent with the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008.
