On March 23, 2020, over 100 organizations joined CLINIC in requesting EOIR Assistant Director Alder Reid and OMB Acting Administrator Ray to freeze the comment deadline associated with EOIR’s proposed fee rule until the federal government has lifted the national emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
