In a letter submitted to EOIR Director McHenry and U.S. Attorney General Barr on March 19, 2020, CLINIC joined KIND and two dozen non-profit organizations in urging the Department of Justice to postpone hearings and appearances for detained unaccompanied children, among other measures, in response to the COVID-19 emergency.
