The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), submitted a public comment regarding the Temporary Final Rule (TFR) issued on April 8, 2024, that increases the automatic extension period for Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) from 180 to 540 days.
As it has for more than 30 years, CLINIC will fight for the rights of immigrants. CLINIC trains legal representatives who provide high-quality and affordable immigration legal services.
