Basics of Family Based Immigration for the UCP Network

This webinar will cover family immigration basics for practitioners working with child clients. Through hypothetical scenarios, we will illustrate various potential situations, including who can petition for whom, who can be a derivative, what options surviving relatives have, and what specific benefits are available under the Violence Against Women Act.
