U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has released new and modified forms related to the implementation of the public charge rule that will go into effect on Feb. 24. In addition, the USCIS Policy Manual now includes new guidance on the assessment of public charge inadmissibility and the steps adjudicators should follow in making inadmissibility determinations. This webinar will go through the new forms and related Policy Manual guidance, and offer tips on how to counsel clients who will be subject to the new rules.
