Dr. Muhammad Abdur-Rashid is CLINIC’s new Director of Advancement. He joins CLINIC with nearly 20 years of experience in fundraising, program management, and strategic planning, having held leadership positions with Howard University, The National Park Foundation, the Smithsonian Institution, and most recently with Golf. My Future. My Game., a DC-based non-profit committed to creating educational, recreational, and entrepreneurial opportunities for underrepresented youth in the sport and industry of golf.
Dr. Rashid earned an undergraduate degree in International Marketing and Business Administration from Johnson C. Smith University. He holds a Master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in International Development from Howard University, as well as a Ph.D. in international relations and public administration and policy from Howard University. Dr. Rashid sits on the board of Black Greeks Speak, a social justice and human rights-based think tank, where he provides thought leadership around issues of inequality and social justice.
