Allman joined CLINIC in Oct. 2019 as Project Manager for the Communications department, working on public outreach, social media and assorted products. Prior to her work at CLINIC, Allman coordinated social media, curriculum development and marketing for a Dallas-based company specializing in intercultural communication and training. Previous experience includes an internship with a refugee resettlement organization in Texas, where she taught English to non-native English speakers and provided interpretation services in Arabic, French and Spanish.

Allman holds a certificate in Spanish from the Costa Rica Language Academy in San Jose, as well as a degree in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Edinburgh.
