Kollman Birch is the Communications Project Manager. In this role she oversees the production of a wide range of communications and outreach materials for CLINIC, including blogs, press releases, reports, toolkits and website content.

Prior to joining the staff at CLINIC, Kollman Birch worked at the Maryknoll Office for Global Concerns on communications and advocacy for international justice and peace based on the experience of Catholic missioners around the world. She earned both her master’s degree in global affairs and undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

While studying at Notre Dame, she was a graduate research assistant for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Migration and Refugee Services department. She grew passionate about promoting justice for immigrants while volunteering at the Houston Catholic Worker, a house of hospitality for migrants and refugees.
