Bell joined CLINIC in February 2020 as the Publications and Social Media Coordinator and became the Communications Program Manager in June 2021. In this role, Bell coordinates external communications across CLINIC's outreach platforms, including newsletters, reports, resources and social media. Previously, she worked at Catholic Mobilizing Network, where she provided operational and communications support towards ending the death penalty and promoting restorative justice.

Bell holds a bachelor’s degree in humanities from Lubbock Christian University and master's degree in journalism and digital storytelling from American University.
