James Weathers is CLINIC’s Director of Operations, overseeing various aspects of CLINIC’s day-to-day functioning, including its facilities, training systems and IT. Weathers joined CLINIC in 2023 with over 15 years of experience as an operational leader in both the for-profit and non-profit industries. With the belief that Operations are an organizations’ heartbeat, he is dedicated to leading with integrity, passion, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Weathers attended Johnson & Wales University where he received his master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, as well as his bachelor’s degree in Accounting. With a passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Weathers is committed to making the world a better, more inclusive place.
