Perez-Garcia serves as a Senior Field Engagement Strategist at CLINIC. Prior to joining CLINIC, she was the community advancement director in the Immigration Legal Services Department with the UFW Foundation.

In that role, she worked with accredited representatives, directing/staff attorneys, administrative support staff, case workers, and organizers to provide client-centered, holistic services. She remains a volunteer fully accredited representative. Her work focused on family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, DACA, naturalization, program management, and DOJ recognition and accreditation.

Perez-Garcia holds a Juris Doctorate & Master of Legal Studies from Monterey College of Law and was awarded special recognition for her substantial contribution to community legal clinics.
