Diaz is the Human Resources Assistant at CLINIC, where she assists with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and other administrative tasks.

Prior to joining CLINIC, Diaz worked in different industries within human resources but spent the most time in immigration.

She graduated from the University of Baltimore, Maryland, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in human resources.

Diaz is fluent in Spanish and English. She has volunteered with the Latino Community Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at various events to empower and advocate for the Latino community.
