As a Senior Attorney, DiPofi provides technical assistance to CLINIC’s network of charitable immigration legal services providers in matters related to program management and capacity building. DiPofi comes to CLINIC from Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services in Cleveland, Ohio, where she started in 2015 as a paralegal and later became a DOJ accredited representative and supervising attorney. During her nearly eight years at Catholic Charities, DiPofi gained a wide breadth of experience in asylum, removal defense, family reunification, and other humanitarian immigration benefits.

As a program manager at Catholic Charities, DiPofi gained valuable experience in fund development, strategic planning, and DOJ Recognition and Accreditation, and personnel management.

DiPofi is fluent in Spanish. DiPofi earned her Bachelor’s degree at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, and earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law while working full time as a DOJ accredited representative at Catholic Charities. DiPofi is a member of the Ohio bar.
