As Immigrant Heritage Month comes to a close, CLINIC’s Center for Immigrant Integration is excited to highlight classic holiday celebrations that not only highlight families, but makes it easy to welcoming immigrants into your community. From a parade of nations on Mother’s Day and to parish-wide cake racing for Father’s Day, these holidays are the perfect platforms to make parents and neighbors feel appreciated.
New CLINIC Resources and Stories
The month, we’re celebrating Building One Community and their Coffee with a Cop program. The Stamford, Connecticut- based affiliate brings together local police officers and immigrant community members to encourage honest conversation in an inviting atmosphere – often with donuts!
