    Apr 9, 2015: Taxes and the Affordable Care Act
    Apr 9, 2015: On March 13, 2015, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) posted a consumer alert warning taxpayers about unscrupulous tax preparers and the Affordable Care Act. In the English and Spanish alert, the IRS urged taxpayers to be careful when selecting tax preparers. It also stressed that payments should only be made with their tax returns or in response to a letter from IRS and not directly to the tax preparer. The announcement came in response to reports that unscrupulous preparers have advised their clients to make direct payments to them.

I am a Korean (South) citizen, but came to US from Germany, where I lived for seven years. In the summer of 2012, I came to Alma, Michigan, where our Motherhouse is located, in order to enter into the formation program of our community.
