The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., along with Trinity Washington University, will host a celebration during National Catholic Sisters Week that recognizes the many religious women who come from all over the world to minister in the United States.
National Catholic Sisters Week is an annual observance that focuses on the incredible lives and work of women religious. Each year hundreds of religious sisters travel from their home countries to the United States to minister in a wide variety of roles, from religious education to working with immigrant communities or in health care. CLINIC’s event will discuss the difficult journeys they have undertaken to minister in our country and celebrate the lasting and inspiring work they have achieved.
