CLINIC congratulates the following member agency staff on receiving renewal of BIA credentials and full accreditation, respectively:
Sister Ellen Lamberjack, Project Hope – Proyecto Esperanza, Archbold, Ohio, received renewal of her partial BIA accreditation on October 5, 2012.
Pierre Moreau and Joseph Marc Volcy, Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Newark, Newark, NJ, received full BIA accreditation on December 5, 2012.
CLINIC welcomes the following new subscribers:
Hispanic Services Council, Inc. in Tampa, Florida – This agency received BIA agency recognition in October 2012 with one staff, Gloria Avila, partially accredited.
Colonias Development Council, in Las Cruces, New Mexico - Diana Bustamante, Executive Director, is taking steps with CLINIC's assistance to submit applications to the BIA for agency recognition and partial BIA accreditation applications for staff Erika Contreras and Elva Varela.
Brazos Interfaith Immigration Network, in Bryan, Texas – Brazos is a relatively new nonprofit agency. Cecelia Hawkins, Executive Director & Board Chair, states that it is currently volunteer-based with plans to expand with staff. Clotilde Pichon, Program Director, advises that the agency is in the process of developing an application for BIA recognition and accreditation for its volunteers: Angelita Garcia Alonzo, Rob Mackin and Jennifer Guillen.
