2:00 PM Eastern

Join us for an in-depth discussion on identifying victims of human trafficking and the legal remedies available to them.  The presenters will provide an overview of the eligibility requirements for T non-immigrant status as well as a comparison of T with U status, another possible remedy for trafficking victims. They will also address strategies for screening trafficking victims, including issues to consider when representing child victims. Finally, the presenters will address the latest statistics which reveal continued low numbers of T status applications nationwide.

The presenters for this webinar are Jen Riddle, Staff Attorney at CLINIC and Cindy Liou, Deputy Director of Legal Services at KIND.
