People who have been deported from the United States face many obstacles when trying to return. For some, a motion to reopen their removal proceedings may be the only viable mechanism for returning to the United States, but these motions can be complex. This webinar will cover effective strategies for presenting a motion to reopen on behalf of a client who has already been removed or deported from the United States. The presenters will also discuss strategies for navigating the return process for clients who are successful on their motion to reopen.
