Feb. 5, 2020 | 2 p.m. ET | CLE: NA | Free

Presenters:

  • Laura Burdick, Field Support Coordinator, Capacity Building, CLINIC
  • Luis Guerra, Strategic Capacity Officer, Defending Vulnerable Populations, CLINIC

Under a new Department of Justice, or DOJ, rule that took effect in January 2017, first-time agency recognition is granted on a conditional basis and must be renewed after two years. Join CLINIC staff for this webinar on how to successfully renew your conditional recognition.  We will discuss how to complete Form EOIR-31 and compile the supporting documentation for the renewal application. We will also provide tips and resources for a strong application, tell you what to expect for the application process and discuss how to comply with the new requirements for reporting, record keeping and posting.

A recorded version of this webinar will be posted on our website.
