As Business Manager, Jones is responsible for administering CLINIC’s human resource policies, programs and practices. This includes, but is not limited to, formulating CLINIC’s policies and procedures for the human resources department and recommending policies and practices to management. She also provides vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective and efficient human resources management system and maintains the human resources database, personnel records and regulatory reporting.
Jones previously worked as a human resource professional at companies such as American Rivers and Child Trends. She brings to CLINIC more than 15 years of human resource knowledge, experience and best practices and 23 years of nonprofit experience.
