The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) is now offering to provide legal support services to non-Catholic, charitable immigration programs. For an annual fee of $1,500, CLINIC is offering a “subscriber” status that includes:
- Access to CLINIC’s toll-free Immigration Information Hotline, which give charitable programs access to the advice and counsel of experienced immigration attorneys five days a week;
- Catholic Legal Immigration News, CLINIC’s monthly newsletter, which provides information on legislative and administrative advocacy, immigration law updates, and articles giving practical advice on immigration law practice;
- A Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) packet that sets forth the requirements for agency recognition and staff accreditation, a sample application packet, and other materials; and
- Regular e-mails on legal updates and reprinted articles from periodicals on immigration-related topics.
Subscribers, of course, will be able to attend CLINIC trainings at the regular nonprofit agency price.
Please complete the application for subscriber status and return it to CLINIC at the address listed. Before accepting subscribers, CLINIC will be consulting with its local Catholic immigration program affiliate and the bishop. Subscriber status is conditioned on their recommendation for approval.
