Every year CLINIC hosts a three day convening for its affiliates, staff, and other nonprofit immigration programs. Cognizant of the economic challenges facing nonprofits and many organizations, CLINIC has kept registration fees for its 2011 Annual Convening at the same level as 2010. But attendees can expect even higher quality of trainings and workshops, including excellent updates on immigration law and opportunities for staff of nonprofit immigration programs, private attorneys as well as immigration program directors to network and learn from some of the nation's top immigration law experts.
Learn new strategies for fundraising, program management, as well as advocating on behalf of immigrants at CLINIC's Annual Convening.

FEES
Current CLINIC Affiliates (Agencies paying annual dues/fees):
Early Bird Fees must be received by April 4, 2011: $275 Early bird registration fee per person (no other discounts apply)
Fees received after April 4, 2011: $350 Standard registration fee per person (no other discounts apply)
Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Non-Members and Agencies Under MOU with CLINIC:
$395 per person (No other discounts apply.)
NOTE: Fax or mail copy of your agency’s Federal IRS 501(c)(3)designation letter and copy of your registration form to CLINIC at fax# 415/ 394-8696; Mail: CLINIC, 564 Market St., Rm.416, San Francisco, CA 94104, Attn: Chris Ozaki. We cannot process your registration without this designation letter.
Private Attorneys and staff: $475 per person
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Registration fees will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee, with a written notification postmarked by Monday, April 11th. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations received after April 9th. All cancellations are to be e-mailed to Chris Ozaki (Email: cozaki@cliniclegal.org).
NOTE: Cancellation of your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
How to Find Shuttle Express at SeaTac Airport
Following the signs to Ground Transportation, cross skybridge 3 or 4 to the airport parking garage, then go down to the 3rd floor. Shuttle Express curb check-in is located near the purple elevator banks. You'll see the check-in kiosks at the curb, just beyond the glass partition. You will need to check-in either at the self check-in kiosk or with a coordinator to activate your reservation.
Coordinators, wearing red jackets or vests, are available to assist you between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. If you arrive between the hours of 2:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m, please use the self check-in kiosk if you have a reservation, or use the courtesy phone which will ring to the reservations office.
The cost is $24 each way for 1 -2 people; $31 for 3 people, $42 for 4 people, $53 for 5 people and $64 for 6 people. The cost for a cab is ranges from $38 - $45 for 1 person each way (.50 for each additional person) from the airport to the Red Lion Hotel.
